We cut one of our bakers racks in half and built this great pie cart.
It's clad in aluminum and has 1/2" foam insulation all around, inside.
It's super light, easy to load in and out of the car empty, loaded it takes 2 folks to lift.
On casters, rolls almost anywhere! Can be permitted as a mobile unit with the city of Austin.
It's 34.5" h x 29" d x 22.5" w
Can hold up to 8 full bakers sheets depending on what's on them.

ReplyDeleteConsider the size of your business operations, the number of people that you can expect to cook for and your menu. The larger your restaurant or catering business is the greater the number of burners that you need is and vice versa. Pay special attention to the menu that you have set up. Check how many of the dishes and ingredients have to be prepared with the use of burners. A restaurant offering stir fries and/or dishes with sauces will need more burners than one that offers pizza, for instance.
ReplyDeleteMost kitchen equipment units with burner ranges have 4 or 6 burners. The latter option is often recommended for medium-sized restaurants and for small ones which are very busy.
